General Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 01 May 2026

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to all services provided by the Service Providers (hereinafter: Service Provider) to their patients (hereinafter: Patient). The Service Provider and the Patient are hereinafter jointly referred to as the Parties.

By using the services provided by the Service Provider, the Patient accepts the provisions of these GTC.

1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider provides the following services:

  • therapeutic exercise / physiotherapy
  • massage therapy
  • dietetic counselling
  • laser therapy

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue the range of services.

2. Appointment Booking

The services are provided by prior appointment.

Appointments may be booked:

  • through the online booking system
  • by e-mail
  • by phone
  • through any other contact channel provided by the Service Provider

During online booking, the Patient may provide the following data:

  • name
  • e-mail address
  • phone number, which may not be mandatory in every case

By submitting the appointment booking, the Patient declares that the data provided are true and accurate.

The booking becomes final once it has been confirmed in the Service Provider’s system.

3. Formation of the Contract

The contract between the Service Provider and the Patient is formed when the booking is confirmed by the Service Provider.

The contract is concluded for the provision of an individual service, for a fixed term, for the specific booked appointment and service.

4. Cancellation Terms

The Patient is entitled to cancel or modify the booked appointment free of charge no later than 24 hours before the booked appointment.

In the case of an appointment cancelled within 24 hours, or an appointment that is not cancelled and the Patient fails to attend, the Service Provider is entitled to:

  • charge part or all of the fee for the given appointment, or
  • make any further appointment booking subject to advance payment

The Service Provider may deviate from the above at its own discretion.

5. Late Arrival

The Patient is required to arrive on time for the booked appointment.

In the event of late arrival, the Service Provider is entitled to:

  • reduce the treatment time in proportion to the delay, or
  • consider the appointment cancelled, where justified

Reduced treatment time resulting from late arrival does not entitle the Patient to a price reduction.

6. Medical Suitability and Contraindications

Before using the service, the Patient is required to provide accurate information about all relevant health conditions that may affect the treatment.

The Service Provider is entitled to refuse or interrupt the provision of the service if:

  • the Patient’s health condition justifies this
  • the service is contraindicated
  • performing the service is not professionally justified or is not safe

The Service Provider is entitled to carry out a condition assessment before starting the service.

The services provided by the Service Provider do not replace medical diagnosis, emergency care, or hospital treatment.

7. Fees and Payment

The current fees for the services are displayed on the website, in the booking system, or on site.

The Service Provider is entitled to modify the prices.

Unless otherwise agreed, the fee for the service is due on the day the service is used.

Payment may be made:

  • in cash
  • by bank transfer

8. Liability

The Service Provider provides the services with professional care.

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • consequences resulting from health information withheld by the Patient
  • consequences resulting from failure to follow treatment recommendations
  • unforeseen individual reactions occurring after the use of the service

9. Data Processing

The Service Provider processes the Patient’s personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in particular the provisions of the GDPR.

The personal data provided during online appointment booking include:

  • name
  • e-mail address
  • phone number, if provided

The purpose of data processing is:

  • managing appointment bookings
  • maintaining contact
  • providing the service
  • recording the data required for invoicing

The online booking system stores booking data for 3 years.

The detailed rules of data processing are set out in the separate Privacy Policy.

10. Complaint Handling

The Patient may submit complaints related to the service through the following contact details:

The Service Provider investigates and responds to the complaint within the deadline prescribed by the applicable laws.

11. Final Provisions

The Service Provider is entitled to amend these GTC unilaterally.

The amendment enters into force upon publication on the website.

Matters not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the applicable laws of Hungary.

12. Entry into Force

These GTC enter into force on: 01 May 2026.
